StillPoint Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders ship from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays ship the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Australian shipping

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro — 2 to 4 business days
  • SA, TAS metro — 3 to 5 business days
  • WA, NT and regional areas — 5 to 7 business days

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International shipping

We ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and selected Asian markets. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • New Zealand — 5 to 10 business days
  • United States and Canada — 7 to 14 business days
  • United Kingdom and European Union — 7 to 14 business days
  • Asia — 7 to 14 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are payable on delivery in most cases.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us at contact@shopstillpoint.com and we'll resend it.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch (Australian) or 21 business days (international), email us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund your order.

Damaged on arrival

If your Crest arrives damaged, email contact@shopstillpoint.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at our cost or refund you in full. You don't need to return the damaged unit.

Incorrect address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately. If we haven't dispatched yet, we'll fix it. If the package has already shipped to the wrong address, we may need to wait for it to return to us before reshipping, and reshipping costs may apply.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. We'll do our best, but if your order has already been picked or dispatched, we can't always reroute it.
